If ordering from Canada please contact the Dealer in your Province. If ordering from the US or over seas, call us at 1-800-782-1524 between 7:30 am and 5:00 pm Central Time and we’ll be happy to process your request.

Many orders received via mail and fax omit catalog numbers, size or color. Your representative will call you for clarification, but this can delay your order ten (10) days or longer. When ordering by mail, please check that all information is complete. All prices are subject to change without notice and terms are net thirty (30) days for approved accounts. All customer orders are subject to acceptance by Carstens. All written confirmation of telephone orders must be clearly marked as such as we hope to minimize duplicate orders.

Packing
Packing is domestic at Carstens manufacturing facility in Chicago, Illinois. There will be an additional charge for export or special packing where required. Carstens takes pride in the products it manufactures and packs those products accordingly. If you are not satisfied with the way your products are packed, please call us at 1-800-782-1524
